Accounts and enquiries

We use your email and optional name to create and verify your account. Project briefs, enquiries, assistant conversations and order records are stored to provide support and manage your requests. Only authorized owners can access the Owner Board.

Service providers

Supabase handles accounts and database storage. Vercel hosts the website. When enabled, OpenAI processes assistant messages, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers owner notifications to our configured inbox. Card details are handled on Stripe Checkout, not collected by this website. Provider terms and retention policies also apply.

Assistant conversations

Messages and replies are visible to our team in the Owner Board. Avoid sharing passwords, payment-card details, medical records or sensitive documents. AI answers may be inaccurate; payment confirmation comes from the payment provider.

Cookies and your choices

Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Theme preferences stay in your browser. Hashed identifiers help rate-limit requests. To request correction or deletion, contact Mr. Khan. Order records may need to be retained for accounting and payment reconciliation.
